Biography

Marc Reece’s creations of music could certainly be categorized as rock and blues, but his guitar play is most definitely unique and certainly not ambiguous. Marc Reece is a great vocalist and one of the most asked bluesrock guitarists of the European region.

Since 1996, Marc Reece founded his own band and toured successfully in Belgium, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Estonia, Spain, Thailand and of course, throughout Germany.

What makes his music unique is the ability to connect and merge different styles, his feeling of being one with his guitar results in music with a soul.

The Original Blues Brothers Band, Alvin Lee, Pat Travers and Wishbone Ash, influenced his music with whom he shared stages before.

After “Teach me tonight” and “Live ’99”, Marc Reece released the third CD “Breakin` out”. This album includes the hit “Spend my life” along with eleven masterpieces of his own creation. Breakin’ out shows the real talent and inspiration of Marc Reece and his band and proves that they are true professionals driven by an intense and meticulous drive for virtuosity and perfection.
While performing many shows in 2007, Marc Reece and his band still were able to find the time to record their fourth CD titled “Let it Burn”.

When Marc Reece performs on stage, he is completely involved in his guitar play and forgets everything around him. He walks over chairs and tables to reach his audience and involves them in his performance. His band supports him without question.

With them Marc Reece is a hard working trio, which deserves their audience every night again.

“I knew I had come across a winner. Reece is a ferocious guitarist, capable singer and backed by a rock solid rhythm section of bass and drum.”
